Nathalie Lubin is the co-founder of Titan Executive Network, a premier organization dedicated to connecting, empowering, and elevating senior Black executive women in their leadership journeys. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Nathalie has built a distinguished career rooted in compliance and regulatory expertise, helping organizations navigate complex financial landscapes while fostering meaningful professional relationships.
Rising through the ranks with a keen strategic vision and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Nathalie now leads the U.S. Portfolio Surveillance team, where she expertly balances the ever-evolving regulatory landscape with the demands of a growing business. She is instrumental in strengthening the firm’s controls, ensuring compliance, and positioning her team for long-term success in an increasingly complex financial environment. Her ability to lead with both precision and agility has not only solidified her reputation as a trusted expert in the field but also as a mentor and advocate for those following in her footsteps.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Nathalie has been an active leader in her community. She served as PTA President for a local elementary school in West Orange for two years, where she used her leadership skills to support education initiatives and build stronger connections among parents and educators. Nathalie served for four years as co-chair of the Nominating Committee for the Tufts Alumni Council, her alma mater, where she played a key role in overseeing elections for Alumni Trustees and enhancing alumni engagement. During her tenure, she championed diversity within the Trustee body, successfully nominating and helping to elect four Black alumni, making a lasting impact on the university’s leadership.
Affectionately nicknamed "Ms. Info Booth" by her college friends for her curiosity and knack for knowledge-sharing, Nathalie has always been a natural connector. Her passion for helping others forge meaningful connections has only deepened over time, and it’s no surprise that she founded Titan Executive Network. Nathalie helps to empower senior Black executive women to amplify their brands, increase visibility, and embrace authenticity as they navigate both professional and personal landscapes. As the glue behind our online community, Nathalie seamlessly navigates the many channels created to foster deeper connections—whether by industry, geography, hobbies or interests. If you know, you know—Nathalie is the one keeping everyone informed, engaged, and organized. Titan Executive Network is more than just a community—it’s a space where these women can access top-tier networking, mentorship, and invaluable peer learning, all while rising together.
Often asked, “How do you juggle it all?” Nathalie’s answer is simple: “The women of Titan fuel me. Their energy, engagement, and unwavering support pour into me every day—whether through making connections, solving each other’s challenges, or even better, closing business deals because of their involvement in this network.”
For Nathalie, being a co-founder of Titan Executive Network is a labor of love—a way to give back to the very women who inspire her. Creating a space where they can simply be, tap into invaluable resources, and grow their businesses brings her immense joy. Especially during these difficult and challenging times, Titan isn’t just a network—it’s her escape, her safe space, and her community. And in return for all that Titan gives her, Nathalie gladly serves with passion and purpose.
A proud native of Queens, NY, the daughter of Haitian immigrant parents, wife and mom to two beautiful children, Nathalie draws strength from her heritage and community. When not busy being a TITAN, she loves spending time with family and friends, brunching, traveling, and indulging in her guilty pleasure—reality TV.
