There is a palpable and worrisome fear that is informing decision-making in our country, like never before.
Fear of what?
Fear of the anticipated "power shifts" (economically, politically, socially) as the country becomes blacker and browner.
The architects of Project 2025 assume that Black and Hispanic people are using our time now to "get in position" so that we can fully experience the benefits of being in majority and that, somehow, that positioning would bring them (presumably white people) peril. They have worked to devise a plan to ensure a certain belief system prevails in our country.
Thing is, what are we doing?
Are we devising similar, far-reaching, well-funded strategies?
Are we ensuring that the decisions we make, professionally and personally, align to the reality we are about to realize?
Are we preparing now to make the decisions and establish the priorities to ensure our political, economic and social advancement by 2045 so that when we are the majority among living adults in the United States, that majority status actually has consequences that benefit us?
Listen...
What will happen between now and 2045 may never happen again...the opportunity to be in majority and leverage that majority to ensure racial equity; an equity, I might add, that has nothing to do with suppressing or dominating white people.
This isn't just a meeting—it's a rallying cry for us, professional Black women, to seize our power and influence. Our decisions today will define our future in personal, professional and policy realms. Let’s prepare ourselves for this pivotal moment.
Please RSVP here to join Titan Executive Network, LLC in collaboration with Harper Slade for a discussion with like-minded sisters and hear from Dr. Nikki Lanier, CEO of Harper Slade and internationally recognized racial equity strategist and thought leader, as she sheds light on the economic urgency of racial equity—knowledge that will propel our discussion forward.
You can check out more about Dr. Lanier here and her company, Harper Slade, here.
NOTE: We aim to create dedicated safe spaces for Black women. For this event, if you do not identify as Black, while we appreciate your support and interest in this topic, we would more deeply appreciate it if, as a sign of your support and allyship, you would please refrain from attending in respect of that goal. 🙏🏽
